1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Proper Print Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our online shop and the sale of our art prints. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.
2. Artwork and ownership
All artwork on this site is original to Proper Print Club, and we keep the copyright. You own the physical print once it's delivered. If we can't make your order to our standard, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand supplier. We provide estimated delivery times based on our supplier's schedule. Please note that shipping to the UK is currently our primary focus. International shipping may be available at a later date.
4. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, framed prints included. Send it back unused and well packed, at your cost, and we'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, send us photos and we'll reprint or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
